OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN ANY MATTER ARISING FROM THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE IN QUESTION DURING THE PREVIOUS SIX MONTHS.
Service Modifications & Governing Law
SpotLoopLogic reserves the right to update these terms at any time to reflect changes in our logic methodology or regulatory requirements. Continued use of the portal after such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement. These terms are governed by the laws of South Korea, with jurisdiction centering on the courts of Busan.
